Basement flood in Durham, NC

This basement in Durham, NC had an unexpected broken pipe that resulted in about six inches of standing water throughout the finished basement. Notice the extent of the damage in the before picture. The homeowner was distraught, so they called SERVPRO of South Durham and Orange County to help with the stressful unexpected situation. We were able to start the drying process with little disruption to the customers day to day activities. The after picture was take only two short weeks after the incident. The homeowner was expecting a much longer process and they were so excited with the results, "Like it never even happened."
