SERVPRO of South Durham and Orange County Recognizes its 2019 Building Your Dreams Winner - Russ Damron

SERVPRO of South Durham and Orange County is proud to recognize its 2019 Building Your Dreams winner - Russ Damron. The Building Your Dreams Program is an award started by franchise owner Brad Armstrong nine years ago. The program awards an employee that has done an exceptional job of achieving their company and personal goals. The annual winner is required to write a narrative of how achieving their personal goals. The winner receives public recognition along with a check that equals $500 per every month of company profitability. 

Russ Damron is a production manager that has been with the company since August of 2017. He provides exceptional customer service and team support. He is a remendous asset to the SERVPRO of South Durham and Orange County team.
